celebrated its first Anniversary April 18th, 2004. From humble
beginnings meeting in a front yard on April 2003, some twenty members
have flourished into a highly active award winning group of over fifty

County and Nationally among Corvair owners and enthusiasts.
In the past year, they have helped numerous charities, and community

of drivable Corvairs in the state. They have donated to the Senior
Center, Osceola Children's Home, Florida Sheriff's Youth Ranch, Friends
of Osceola Children, Guardian Ad Litem Program, as well as supporting
the revitalization of the historic district in downtown St.Cloud, by
showcasing historic sites such as the St. Cloud Twin Cinemas, and New
York Avenue, where they hold their monthly meetings and display their
cars at Nannies Kitchen-1018 New York Avenue. They have transported
councilmen and women in the Christmas Parade as well. They have
supported local cruises, and won the Club Participation Award at the
Spring Fling in St. Cloud, and will be at the July 4th Celebration at
the invitation of Mr. Lane and the Chamber of Commerce where they hope
to unveil their new valve cover racetrack currently under construction.
The club has numerous trophies to the credit of its members. Winning ten
in St. Augustine, Nine in Inverness, Ten at the Spring Fling in addition
to the Club Participation Award, four in Autocross Racing-Yes, they have
a race Team too! They have also trophied at the cruises in Kissimmee and
St. Cloud and received the coveted checkered flag at Old Town.

children on September 24-26 2004 at Old Town. Comfort Suites Maingate

for attendees who mention the Corvair Club. Old Town is sponsoring the
first annual Deac Hundley Award of Excellence, Nannies Kitchen joined by
