1.) Your Cruiser registration number from official Old Town
Cruiser ID.
(this will be verified before you receive the card.)
2.)Year, Make & Model of car.
(Nic name of car, if you want to display that as well)
3.) Name/s spelled exactly the way you want it to
appear on card.
4.) City and State
